Operator Skills

The repeatable practices that outlast any single model launch. Answer-first from the desk.

Model-release filter

Read a launch as Claim → Proof → Workflow → Risk so you do not rebuild a stack for a demo.

Answer: If you cannot name the weekly workflow that changes, archive the launch.
  • Write the claim in one sentence
  • Demand proof beyond a keynote
  • Name the workflow
  • Name the risk

Human review queue

Keep agents in draft. People own risk. Signal → Draft → Review → Ship.

Answer: No public page ships without a named reviewer. That is the skill, not the model.
  • Capture the signal
  • Draft with sources
  • Human review
  • Ship or kill

AEO / LLMO brief

Write pages machines can cite: one answer first, FAQ, sources, last-reviewed date, no invented stats.

Answer: AEO is not stuffing keywords. It is a page that answers one question, with schema, a date, and a source.
  • State the question in the H1 or dek
  • Answer in the first 60 words
  • Add 2–4 FAQ pairs
  • Mark last reviewed and the canonical URL

Two-model bake-off

Run the same brief through two models. Keep the survivor of pass three, not the prettier pass one.

Answer: Comparison is a workflow, not a tweet. Same brief, same reviewer, written verdict.
  • Write one brief
  • Run model A and B
  • Review both
  • Publish the verdict with a date
